With decades of baking wisdom under Breadtopia's belt, they've created their very own sourdough starter kit. It has nothing more or less than what you need to keep, maintain or begin your sourdough journey.
For starters, (clever, right?), they included a custom manufactured, perfectly sized, straight-walled glass jar with a thoughtfully designed lid that keeps contaminants out but lets air in; a rubber o-ring to mark your starter’s pre-expansion level after feeds, and a silicone spatula to mix starter and clean the jar sides.
